I support individuals and relationships by offering a warm and sincere space to pay attention to your experience, which opens up the path toward change. No matter what your reason for seeking out therapy, I'm glad you're here. We humans deeply need communities of support to be well, and I'd love to be a part of that for you.
I work from a combination of models, focusing on a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. My style is warm, sincere, and direct. I will help us listen not just to your words, but also to how you relate to your body, your self, and to me. It's my experience that change begins in that very process of paying deep attention to you, or to your relationship.
I offer an initial consultation hour to open up what brings you to therapy and for me to share how I work. If you decide we're not a good fit, you won't be charged for that time. Seeking out support is a courageous step in and of itself — you’re already doing brave work. If you're looking for companionship in that work, I'd be honored to go with you.
